  • When not possible, hold meetings in open, well-ventilated spaces
  • Handle food carefully
  • Limit food sharing
  • Ensure cleaning staff and their close contacts practice strict hygiene

The Safe&Clean‑principle explains the order in which protective measures are taken.

The company's protection concept must ensure that the following requirements are met. Sufficient and appropriate measures must be provided for each of these requirements. The company manager is responsible for the selection and implementation of these measures.

  1. All persons in the company wash their hands regularly with soap and water according to the handwashing protocol for 20 seconds.
  2. Employees and other people keep 2m distance from each other.
  3. Regular cleaning of surfaces and objects according to requirements, especially if they are touched by several persons.
  4. Adequate protection of vulnerable persons.
  5. Send sick people home in the company and instruct them to follow the (self-)isolation according to the WHO
  6. Taking into account specific aspects of work and work situations to ensure protection
  7. Informing employees and other concerned persons about the requirements and measures
